Every registered company or LLP required to do Annual Fillings as well as any changes in company or LLP with ROC.

Annual Filling is required to be done by Pvt. Ltd. Company.

• AOC 4 - For filling P/L, Balance Sheet of company to be filed within 1 Month from the date of AGM.
• MGT 7 - Annual return having details of Share Holders etc. to be filed within 2 Months from the date of AGM.
• ADT 1 – For appointment of Audit or Every 5 years within 15 days from the date of AGM the new appointer is appointed.
